If necessary, the material will be finalized in accordance with the reviewers' comments. This stage does not require additional payment. The amount of the contract can be revised in case of changes in the terms and conditions (for example, if the requirements for publishing an article are increased, not in Q3, but in Q2 journal. This requires additional work on the material and significantly narrows the list of potential journals for publication, so the cost may increase in this case).

Indexing is the final stage of the project. The mere fact of publication does not guarantee the achievement of the scientific goal. If an article is not indexed by a scientometric database, it will not be counted as a publication in Scopus/Web of Science. Also, this material will not be displayed in the author's profile. As a result, the researcher will not be able to report on the publication.
We take into account all the risks that may arise during the publication process, so we closely monitor the indexing of the material. For example, the article could simply be "lost" in a large array of research material; the journal that published it showed a suspicious change in its publishing activities, which led to its expulsion or sending it for verification; the publication's website is not functioning or is hidden from indexing. In these cases, our specialists carry out additional work to speed up the indexing process and find out the reasons for its absence.
