Visual Identity
The company starts developing a unique visual identity (logo, colours, fonts, graphics), and creates its Visual Identity Guidelines.
Partnership
The first memorandum of cooperation in the field of scientometrics and scientific publications was concluded with the Ukrainian institution of higher education.
Merger of companies
The Scientific Publications company comes under the management of a single holding company — Scientific Alliance, the parent structure that unites the projects in the scientific field.
Leadership
In terms of quality and quantity of completed projects, the company is becoming a recognised leader in the field of scientific publications in the CIS.
New office
The company is moving to a new headquarters in Ukraine, which is becoming the largest research and publication hub in Eastern Europe.
Launch of personal media
Scientific Publications creates the Science and Metrics — the first journal about scientometrics in Ukraine.
Scientific and Educational Centre
The company launches its Scientific and Educational Centre. Its purpose is to conduct webinars, seminars, and conferences to inform the academia about all relevant and important events in scientometrics and science.
Cooperation with CrossRef
Scientific Publications has become the official sponsor organisation of the CrossRef agency, which provides a registration DOI for the publication of scientific articles.
Branch in the Republic of Kazakhstan
A branch of the company is opened in the Republic of Kazakhstan. At present, it is the only official distributor of scientific and publishing services in this country.
Certification Centre
The company has created the Certification Centre platform. It has become an official international certification centre for researchers in accordance with regulatory documents and standards of those countries where the Scientific Publications company provides its services.
Educational and training activity
Scientific Publications has held more than 150 educational events on scientometrics (conferences, seminars). Over 20,000 researchers from Ukraine and the CIS countries attended the company's webinars.
Memorandums
The company actively continues to expand the boundaries of cooperation with international universities and scientific institutions in research and scientific publications. In 2021, more than 25 memoranda were signed with universities of Ukraine and more than 20 memoranda — with universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Rebranding
Due to the new stage of development and the expansion of the company's influence in the international scientific space, a rebranding was carried out with the updating of the name, logo, positioning, etc.
Anniversary and plans
The company celebrated its anniversary — 5 years of undisputed leadership in the field of scientific consulting. Scientific Publications is actively developing, planning new projects, cooperation, and opens new representative offices in different countries.
Creation of the Scientific Alliance charitable foundation
A Scientific Alliance charitable foundation was established to help all those in need and with the desire to work together to create a better future. Part of the revenue from each service is automatically deducted for the benefit of the fund.
The company in wartime conditions
From the first day of the full-scale invasion of the territory of Ukraine, the company Scientific Publications issued a categorical condemnation of the russian federation and opposed cooperation with the aggressor state. The company organised its work under conditions of hostilities, creating safe conditions for the team in western Ukraine, and from May the full functioning of all offices in the city of Kyiv was resumed. Despite the difficulties, Scientific Publications continue to provide services with quality and to support clients both in Ukraine and throughout the world, maintaining leading positions in the scientific consulting market.
"World Sci Publ" merging agreement
An agreement has been concluded on the sale of Kazakh-Asian infrastructure, including a number of assets and intellectual developments of the competitor brand "World Sci Publ" and the transfer of those into the management of Scientific Publications.
Expansion of structure and international influence
Scientific Publications is actively working on opening representative offices in Poland, Latvia, Albania, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan, as well as expanding its local structure in Ukraine and opening a branch in Lviv.
Educational and training activity
The “Scientific Publications” Scientific and Educational Centre is actively engaged in conducting educational activities in the field of scientometrics. In 2023, the Centre organised more than 100 webinars and seminars aimed at raising awareness of scientists on topical issues of scientometrics.
Memoranda
The company is actively developing partnership relations with universities and scientific organisations. In 2023, more than 50 cooperation agreements were concluded with leading educational and research institutions of Ukraine and other countries.
Awards
“Scientific Publications” has been recognised by experts and won the prestigious Ukrainian Business Award in the “Business of the Year 2023” nomination. In addition, the company received the “Quality Star” award and was included in the ranking of the most successful companies in several countries in 2023.
Assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Every day, the company supports the Armed Forces of Ukraine by automatically deducting a portion of the cost of each service provided to help the army.
In 2023, “Scientific Publications” joined the BraveProject initiative together with such Ukrainian business representatives as Work.ua, WIX, Genesis, and others. As a result, more than $100,000 was raised to support the Armed Forces and humanitarian needs.
Opening of new offices
One of the key events for Scientific Alliance in 2024 was the expansion of the office network. “Scientific Publications” opened a new office in Kyiv, as well as its first office in Bishkek, which was an important step in entering the Central Asian market and developing the company in this region.
Educational and training activity
Scientific and educational centre of Scientific Publications continues its active work, and in 2024 conducted more than 80 webinars and seminars focused on issues of scientometrics.
Awards
The public organisation “Ukrainian Scientific Alliance” awarded “Scientific Publication” with the “SCIENTIFIC COMPANY AWARD 2024” for its significant contribution to the development of science in Ukraine, recognising it as the best company in the field of scientific consulting.
Unity for the sake of purpose
Every year, Scientific Alliance actively participates in charity events. In 2024, the holding's team took part in charity marathons in Kyiv, including the “Kyiv Unbroken Half Marathon” and the “Nova Post's First Barrier-Free Marathon”. These events raised more than UAH 1.5 million, which was used to purchase medical equipment for the Hospitallers volunteer battalion and the UNBROKEN rehabilitation centre.

In 2024, the company continued to actively support the development of science and scientometrics in Ukraine by expanding its partnership with higher education and research institutions. In 2024, more than 30 memoranda of cooperation were signed with Ukrainian and foreign universities and research institutions.
Scientific and educational center of Scientific Publications company
In the first half of 2025, our scientific and educational center held more than 60 closed seminars and webinars, as well as 10 open events for everyone. The scientific and educational events brought together scientists and researchers from various countries, including Albania, Georgia, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and others. Scientific Publications also held its first webinar on scientometrics in Uzbekistan.
Distance for Life
Every year, the Scientific Publications team participates in sporting events for charitable purposes. In April 2025, our team joined the Kyiv Half Marathon of Indestructibility, which brought together more than 8,200 participants. As a result, more than 3.3 million hryvnias were raised, of which more than 2.3 million hryvnias were transferred to the volunteer battalion “Hospitaliers” for the purchase of modern medical equipment.
Strengthening international cooperation
In the first half of 2025, Scientific Publications signed a number of memoranda with foreign and Ukrainian educational institutions. This was a significant step in strengthening our presence in the international market and developing partnerships. In particular, agreements were signed with three institutions in Azerbaijan, one university in Albania, three higher education institutions in Kyrgyzstan, and two Ukrainian universities.
