1.1. Based on the received application letter with a manuscript of a scientific and/or other text from the Customer, the Contractor accepts for editing, on a paid basis, texts intended for publication in a printed mass media outlet.
1.2. A Customer who contacts the editorial office for the purpose of editing their scientific and/or other texts is obliged to:
• Submit the manuscript to the editorial office by sending it to the Contractor’s official email address.
• Pay the cost of services within 3 calendar days from the moment of receiving the invoice for the services.
• Upon request of the editorial office, the Customer is obliged to provide all necessary information for the successful completion of the order.
1.3. The services are considered rendered and the terms of the Agreement fulfilled from the moment the Certificate of Completion (Acceptance Act) is signed.
2.1. The price for services is determined by the Contractor independently and is specified in the invoice.
2.2. Services are paid for within 3 calendar days from the date of receiving the invoice for payment.
2.3. Payment for Services is carried out in non-cash form by transferring funds by the Customer to the Contractor's current account specified in the given invoice.
3.1. The Customer has the right to refuse the Contractor's services with payment for the work and Services actually rendered.
3.2. In this case, the Contractor is obliged to return the funds to the Customer in an amount determined as the difference between the total cost of services actually paid by the Customer and the cost of services actually rendered, including the amount necessary to cover the expenses accompanying the execution of the project (administrative, infrastructure, tax, and banking expenses) and equated to an amount of 11.5% of the total cost of services.
